How do I choose the right size?

Use Size Charts and Measure:

We recommend checking the size chart located on each product page. Use the measurements, as our brand may be slightly different in fit.

Your club/school will have a size pack to size up in advance of ordering. We also arrange size up sessions - be sure to make use of this!

Finally, if your team mates already have products from us, please compare against them.

My item does not fit - is there anything I can do?

As your items are customised to order, returns are not accepted. However, if your item does not have initials, we will do our best to swap that item with any new orders that come in for that item. Please contact us with your order number, item with the size issue and your club name. We will be in contact to see if we can help.

When and how will I receive my order?

All the items ordered through the Team Store are made to order. We don’t start production until the Order Window closes. Orders are typically despatched 4-6 weeks after the order window closing date. Longer turnaround is at holiday periods like Christmas & New Year; or during between 20 Jan and 10 Feb when our production facility close down for a well earned break.  You will receive an email to let you know that the orders have been despatched and then your kit rep can make contact to arrange for your order to be collected or handed out.

I need to make a change to my order - is there anything I can do?

Contact Us immediately and before the order window closes as time is of the essence. if the order window is still open, or we have only started production we should be able to help you out. If however the window has closed, or we have already started production its unlikely that we can accommodate  your changes.  

I have missed the order window, can I still order?

Yes, you may be able to place an individual order, however this will not be eligible for the bulk club price, which is available on the Team Store. Your order will be treated separately and is subject to individual pricing which can be 50-100% higher than the bulk prices shown on the team store. Contact Us to enquire on pricing.
